Negative Pregnancy Test

The AIBU is probably in relation to basic knowledge!

I'm 10 days late clock work all my life (Not TTC, DP has had a vasectomy, but hasn't been confirmed as ok yet)

So I took a test it's negative, I don't feel pregnant, so what do I do just wait and see what next month brings ?

I'm 30 btw and feel quite stupid not knowing the normal next step here.

sometimes our bodies just have a "blip" annoying but nothing we can do.

If no sign when you are a whole cycle late then maybe go see a gp see what they say x

I wouldn't be too worried, it's not uncommon for a woman to skip a period. You may not have ovulated, or if you have been Ill or stressed it can affect your cycles.

Personally I would see if your next period arrives on time, and if everything seems to settle again I wouldn't be too concerned. If things are still unusual for you when your next cycle is due I would do another test, and if negative pop along to the GP. That's what I would do anyway
