To not understand the hype?!!!

Everyone goes bananas about it but I really don't see what the big deal is, it's fairly watchable but nothing special IMO.

AIBU?????

YABU

I love it! But I don't get out much...

NellytheElephant18 · 26/04/2018 14:40

Ooh yay more Love Island! I might be slightly over-excited by this as I currently have my leg in plaster and bored witless!

sparepantsandtoothbrush · 26/04/2018 14:43

Ooo when does it start?? Sorry OP but YABVU Grin

BluthsFrozenBananas · 26/04/2018 14:45

Who goes bananas about it? I don't think I know a single person who watches it. I'm not even sure what it is, I'm assuming a kind of Big Brother type thing but on a tropical island and everyone is young and single, but I could have got that totally wrong.

BitchQueen90 · 26/04/2018 15:12

Absolutely nothing appealing about it for me. Can't stand the type of people who go on it - the ones that would sell their own grandparents for fame.

EdmundCleverClogs · 26/04/2018 15:19

I don’t get it. Then again, I find everything on ITV/2 to be the absolute pits of television. From first thing in the morning to last thing at night, it’s the diarrhoea of programming. I really don’t understand how such vapid human beings can be considered entertainment, as in TOWIE or LI. However, each to their own, it’s boring if we all enjoy the same things.

Square I think it's back in June? Not 100% sure but my news feed has been full of love island memes so I know it much be approaching!!!

The last series was set in the most gorgeous villa in Majorca. That was the first series Ive watched, I think they use a different location every series? It is total drivel, but highly enjoyable drivel.

I love it... but it's a guilty pleasure. I hate admitting it to people 🙈
