Are you sure it's one of theirs and not the model's own? Reverse Google Image search only brings up the shirt...

I think its in the clearance section of the Boden website, currently half price (£25), search the site for clearance then women's and select accessories. Sorry, cant post a link as whenever I search Boden I get auto-logged in to my account.
