To report this as harassment?

This year alone I have been reported to the SSPCA 7 times. Supposedly my dogs are outside with no food, water or shelter from 6am till 11pm. This is complete rubbish. The sspca have come out each time and have been more than happy with the condition of them. Although today they just called me to let me know there had been another report and they were happy to take my word that my dogs are as healthy as they were the previous times they came out. They told me that if i wanted I could contact a solicitor or the police because they would be able to give them the information on who is calling. So would this be classes as harassment? The sspca isn't the only official body they have been reporting me to.

If they are saying do it do it. If not for you for then because it wastes your time but it wastes there time they could r saving animals who really need it

Sorry, do you mean would you reporting them class as you harassing them or what the reporting they are doing is harassing you? Either way you should take their advice and contact police first as that’s free and then the solicitor if that goes nowhere. If they didn’t think it was important or would go anywhere they wouldn’t have urged you to do so. Nasty people in the world. Have you had a fall out with a neighbour or family member? And be warned, you might find out who it is and might be completely shocked and change your relationship with that person forever.

What they are doing to me.

I'd definitely go to the police. Because who knows how this harassment could escalate over the coming years.

I hope you get it sorted, OP.

It sounds like the SSPCA want you to report it to the police as it's wasting their time. I would do it.
