Clothing For Boys

I know I am being unreasonable posting here but I had no idea where else to post it and I wanted the traffic (so I apologise in advance).

I am hoping that someone can help me find patterned leggings for boys and romper outfits for a boy in age 2-3 🤞🏻

I have googled and I can’t find any rompers for over 18-24 months. Pattern leggings also doesn’t seem to be a thing for boys 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you Smile

There are some places that do Scandinavian style stuff which might have some. Try here:

funkylittlepeople.co.uk/collections/bottoms

Rompers beyond 2 years is near impossible if you want ones with feet. Footless one’s are easier to find but I’m sure you realised that!

I love rompers/sleepsuits - my 9 week old wears nothing else - he’ll probably stay like that until 6 months or so!

ijustwannadance · 25/04/2018 01:02

They tend to stop making rompers at that age as most kids start potty training then and can't deal with the poppers.

You might be better off with comfy joggers.
H+M might have patterned leggings.

Whyarealltheusernamestaken · 25/04/2018 01:03

Just asking, but why?

TheCriminalMind · 25/04/2018 01:06

Ah, that’s a shame but thank you for your help.

Why - I like the look of the rompers and I think they are good for hot weather. We are going to America in June so I wanted to get some cool-ish clothes.

Tobias and the bear

tealandteal · 25/04/2018 01:10

I get mine from a place called Rainbows and Sprinkles. They go up to 5y I think and the patterns are gorgeous. Leggings and Dungarees

totorostoes · 25/04/2018 01:13

We wear maxomorra, my DS isn't 2 yet so still managing to find rompers relatively easily but I'm sure max do bigger sizes!

TheCriminalMind · 25/04/2018 01:17

Testingtesting - I love Tobias and The Bear 😍 although I think I have pretty much brought everything they sell Grin

Tealandteal and Toto - Thank you!

Look on Etsy? Mini medley on fb are very bright and colourful. She might be able to make some specially.

marmitecrumpets · 25/04/2018 03:34

H&M do rompers for up to 4 year olds. I recently bought a set of 3 in there for my little boy

Upallnightandsome · 25/04/2018 04:08

M&S do a few rompers up to age 2-3.

vinegarqueen · 25/04/2018 04:16

John Lewis do great patterned leggings and rompers for up to 3yo.

this may not be your cup of tea, but for example:

Try Little Whirlwinds or Tiny Vikings

Blade and rose do leggings for boys in bright designs.

I'm looking for sleepsuits in 2-3 as well. My 19mo is tall and I need something to stop him scratching his eczema at night.

Shmithecat · 25/04/2018 06:19

I highly recommend 2 Little Legs. Rompers and dungas up to 4yo. The leggings are fabulous. I've ordered most of my son's leggings from here over the past 2 years.

Sleepyblueocean · 25/04/2018 06:19

Vertbaudet do rompers (playsuits) age 2-3.

loveulotslikejellytots · 25/04/2018 06:21

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this, is it classed as advertising? But my friend has an online business making children's clothing. If you google Dougies Threads, she has a website you can order through. I've bought dd some rompers made with the thicker winter fabrics, but she has lots of lightweight ones suitable for summer too.

DryIce · 25/04/2018 06:30

Wondersuits go up to size 3. I've got some great short arm and leg summer rompers from carter's.

With the leggings, can't you just buy the girl ones?

Minniemountain · 25/04/2018 06:53

Uni and Jack sell Scandi brands. You might find something there.
DS wears girls leggings from Next, John Lewis or M&S (I've given up on Asda as they don't wear well).

PinkSkyAtNightAngelDelight · 25/04/2018 06:57

Zara do a lot of patterned clothes for boys.

Shantotto · 25/04/2018 06:59

You definitely want the scandi brands for this but they can be expensive. Mini Rodini, Dunns, Modeerska Huset, Maxomorra.

I love Nununu for amazing fluorescent leggings that my DS wears!

Shantotto · 25/04/2018 07:00

Dapper Baby have a good selection. And I've used funky little people, uni and jack, juicy tots and junior edition. Oh I forgot Molo! Cool patterns.

OneStepSideways · 25/04/2018 07:01

Scandi brands are great for patterned leggings and rompers. Try sites like Hei Moose, Little Goats Gruff, Babipur etc which stock a range of brands.

Tiny Cottons, Tobias& The Bear, Fred&Noah, Boys&Girls, Jax&Hedley are all English brands that stock them.

notsomumsymum · 25/04/2018 07:02

Cribstar, Turtle Dove London, Another Fox and Miley and Moss is where I get a lot of my stuff from! Also, Zara are great for boys leggings.
