To change child's school

Posting for traffic:

I want to move my daughter from her current school to a different one in the same town. She currently attends a catholic school that I was forced to send her to by my ex and I am really not happy with how the religious aspect is forced upon her. Next year will be her first holy communion but she has yet to be baptised. Exh wants to get her baptised but I don't as he won't let me have non catholic godparents and expects me to
organise the whole thing!

I also feel the school is no longer as good as it used to be with my daughter falling behind in some areas with no plan around how to improve her learning. They also were at the Center of a massive safeguarding issue where they had employed a paedophile at a TA apparently due to not undertaking DBS checks! For these reasons I want to remove her to a better (non religious) school where she also has some friends but want to know if I need exh permission to do this?

FYI: I am the resident parent, he only has then EOW.

Thanks.

I not sure but I think that if he has parental responsibility as well you may need his permission
