Instead of letting her go into her own world again on the ipad, we watched 3 episodes of Full Metal Alchamist: Brotherhood together & she's gone to school first time in 3 months.

Fantastic! We’ve had to do similar with my DS. Give him the iPad and we’d have a full on meltdown; watch TV with him and keep him engaged, and we have a lot less difficulty getting him to school in the morning

Thanks, she started properly at secondary for children with autism after being out of school god of nearly two years.
