To start a thread with no mention of royals

So Aibu if I start a thread about anything you care to share, just so long as it has no mention of any Royals.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not anti royal, but I think I may be at saturation point What with the upcoming wedding and the new baby.

So please, do join me in sharing any good news you have.

I’ll start with I’ve cleaned the whole house today, got two lots of washing pegged out and now I have a sleepy cat on my lap.

My sister works with people who have been rescued from modern day slavery.

One of her clients has had a baby girl this morning. Mum and baby both doing well 🤗

I went for a drink in a pub garden with an old friend who got drunk quickly and started singing out loud. I had to tell her to shut up. Shes's a criminal lawyer ffs!

I think they get their donations via churches and community groups etc.

Danny anyway we can have the name of the charity or donate directly?
