Rash or eczema?

Posting here for traffic sorry!

DP took DD to see some of his family yesterday and plastered her in Sun cream.

This morning she's woken up with a rash all over her tummy and legs. Its very dry and scaly feeling. DD has eczema on her left arm. Could this rash be a reaction to the sun cream? If so, do you have any recommendations for Sun cream which won't cause a reaction? We've been using nivea sensitive skin.

DD is fine in herself, no temp and she's eating as usual. So I don't think it's anythinf sinister.

TIA

We’ve tried all of the sensitive sun creams and this is the only one which doesn’t give him eczema www.boots.com/health-pharmacy/travel-health/sunprotection/la-roche-posay-anthelios-dermo-kids-sun-lotion-SPF50-100ml hope it clears up quickly.

Sorry, that didn’t make sense! The only one which doesn’t give DS eczema.

Hard to know but my dd2 reacts to lots of creams. Soltan works for her, but I know other kids with eczema who can’t use it. Might be worth getting a few and doing a patch test before the next day that it’s needed?
