When I lived at home my dad did all the washing (clothes) and ironing, even when I moved back with DD and I said he didn’t have to, he’d iron and hang everything up. When I lived with ex, he did all the ironing.

I’m now living alone and I realise I hate ironing! But I love everything being nicely ironed.
I’ve done loads of washing today and I’ve now got a huge pile to get through and I just don’t want to do it 😭

So I’m thinking I either, take the ex back, move back home or try online dating in the hope of finding someone with a ironing fetish (is there such a thing?)

Or any other suggestions very welcome so long as it’s not do it myself

And how sad am I, 20 years old doing the ironing (well thinking about doing the ironing) on a Saturday night!

Well ironing services are something that are available mostly everywhere I imagine.
Depends how you prefer to pay for things I guess......

Unfortunately only 18 months MissMogwai so I’ve got a while to wait yet. I’ve been pretty spoiled as my dad actually likes ironing weirdo so it was never a job I had to do. He won’t still do it now I’ve moved out though, I asked!

Emboo I think that was kind of the idea, like it was a totes normal thing to have a bloke in heels and lacy lingerie doing ironing in your front room whilst I just got on with my evening. I just didn’t understand why he was wasting his time approaching randoms on OkCupid when I’m sure there are more niche sites that would cater to his needs!

I don’t have a tumble dryer TipTopTat. And no where to put one at the moment. In fact my ex is really supposed to be putting power and a socket in a porch/extension but of the back door so I can put one there.

I wear shirts though, loose checked/striped shirts, but I like my shirts.

Definitely @Charlie97 I love vacuuming and cleaning in general, well love might be a bit strong. But definitely compared to ironing. I managed half my basket last night and ended up burning my hand in the process. Curtains are still not crease free!
