I planted pansy leaves in this location last year. Just wondering if this is them coming through again or just a weed?

No, that's wood avens, Geum urbanum. Wild flower. You may feel it is a weed if it's growing whee you don't want it to.

We have a lot of this in our garden. It has yellow flowers and then tiny, red strawberry like fruits. It is a wild flower
