3 year old is at preschool 8:45-11:45, 2 year old naps 12-2, 9 week old only sleeps well in her cot so when we go out she just screams the whole time.

Anyone been in this position, what to do?

Yeah. You just have to get on with it. It gets better! Feel your pain though. I always walked to pre school if that might help?

What were your plans before having 3 children so close - do you have friends and family able to help?

Agree you just get on with it. You can't stay a slave to a routine when you have other things to get on with. The kids will start to settle and find a new kind of routine and nothing's forever with kids as their needs change all the time.

It gets easier,I found that I hardly noticed the extra work caused by the third. Now they have all left home it's bliss

My third and fourth just slotted in to what we were already doing as that was the only option
