To not go back to work?

I have posted a few days ago by being raped by a colleague outside of work. He was not sacked but not even suspended pending any investigation.

I have worked there only 2 months. Can I give my written notice in today and not work the 2 week notice period? My friend says I’m not Required to as I’ve worked there less than 3 months

Phone your manager and ask her what the notice period is and how long you have to give,

Then sign yourself off for the week and get a GP sicknote for however long your notice period is.
