Info lost on thread

Hoping someone can help me please, I was reading a thread about a lady struggling with secondary infertility and feeling jealous that her niece was pregnant and there was some wonderful advice from a person who had a username that could have been frazzle something??

Anyhow, they had linked to a YouTube video and I really wanted to watch it but the thread has now been deleted... is there anyone who knows what I'm talking about and can re-link to the video? It was to do with handling your thoughts and emotions I believe

Thank you both so much! I'll have a watch of that tonight, I loved the advice you'd got from your life coach in regards to thoughts on a bus, I have problems with thoughts escalating really quickly so a very useful analogy for me.
