We are in a terrace so gardens all close together, young professionals play music, dance mostly , when they get in early evening and sit outside. It's a bit irritating can i ask them to turn it down? It's not super loud but loud enough to be an annoyance, it's probably at what they think is conversational level but we get a lot of the bass! Plus it's rubbish music too 😂
