Traveling by train today & delays

Bad enough that I’m stuck traveling by train today (feel for those that have to do it every day).

Long delays just been announced due to high track temperatures

Poor you! I will be doing two separate two and a half hour journeys on Saturday, so hope the tracks have cooled down by then!
Make sure you claim any compensation that might be due. I think, on Virgin East Coast, you can claim if the train is 30 mins or more late.
