Why do people do bonfires in housing estates?????

So annoyed the first of the limited good weather is here today beautiful sunshine, Put my clean washing out to dry this morning and some idiot has decided to have a bonfire. Now my washing is going to stink and I cant sit out in the garden with the stench of smoke.
WHY DO PEOPLE DO IT?, Take your crap to the tip!!

It's probably those incinerator bins, they sell them everywhere. It's bbq weather as well...

It's actually illegal to burn rubbish in gardens, perhaps call 101 and see if they can get a community officer out.

Anyone burning rubbish in the middle of the day (especially summer) is a moron

Its so annoying, I dont know why anyone would inconvenience their neighbours like that, cant open my windows as it stinks and cant put any washing out or sit in the garden. Its disgusting.

@frankchickens burning rubbish/plastics is illegal - not so much the bonfire itself. I gathered from OPs reference to taking things to the skip, her neighbours were burning rubbish. I've known the fire service come out for little fires like this (bit OTT and a waste of resources) but if complaints are made, then it's their duty to
