Just posting here for traffic reasons.

Does anyone know if estate agents require gross income or net income for renting a property?

Thank you

Gross as net is after all the extras tax etc but also Things thatdiffer vasttly from person to person like pension, flexible benefits that you can choose if employer offers.

If you are self employed it’s based on profit before tax - not turnover
