It's a list of twitter accounts LM has blocked, not a problem, it also includes as much information as LM can find eg real names, it is used to target individuals.
LM likes people to look through the list and dox them. It is a breach of the data protection act and personally I don't like my information becoming public.
I have tried to have it removed. It gets published agin.

Don't be daft. It's a list of twitter handles and Twitter names , if it shows your real name it's because you use your real name on Twitter. It's partly auto generated so people can be added for reasons like they have blocked her themselves.
There is no dpa breach because there's no information on there, it's just a list of Twitter users.
I haven't seen her ask anyone to dox anyone, just suggested it as s list people can use to avoid people who may say transphobic stuff. I've had a read of the stuff people say to her on Twitter and I don't really blame her for wanting to avoid the constant nastiness she receives. I'm sure some well meaning questioners get blocked in the process, but it's her twitter account, not an mp forum and if she doesn't want to be asked questions on there she doesn't have too.
From the stuff I've seen some people write about her, she is either a troll or mentally ill. If you think either of these are true, Its best you just avoid rather than attempt to find ways to tweet her.
If your issue is you don't think trans women should hold voluntary women's officer positions then there are better ways to make your voice heard than that.
No one outside of twitter space gives a shit who's on that list.
