Gift-buying heaven or hell?!

Hello All

I spend the start of each and every month I run through who has an upcoming birthday/anniversary/celebration and then I am the only one in my family to sort out presents/cards/flowers/etc.

Dont get me wrong, I always love the giving part but neither my husband nor my two adult children ever think to take the lead in the whole process.

AIBU to expect this? Or should I just be looking for a gift-choosing app that does it for me?! (If the latter - can anyone recommend any please? )

Adult children can sort out their own presents/cards, surely? They probably don't at the moment because they know that you will do it for them!

I don't need to set aside time at the start of every month to do a run through of upcoming events but that's probably because i don't have a large family. I only sort out my own parents/ siblings and DP is responsible for sorting his side (although a bit if gentle nudging might be required!)
