3 days isn't that long but I guess you'd expect if someone was really into you they would call? I don't know people are different, it's been a while since I was "dating" but when I first started seeing DH we spoke everyday on the phone if we didn't see eachother in person

Not always the case though. Why not text him to say you enjoyed the date and see if he wants to meet again? His response will tell you what you need to know.
