On Wednesday I have an appointment at a supported housing project for people with mental health problems. I am currently facing homelessness. I have to leave where I am on 21st of April.

I have significant mental health problems which have gotten worse over the last few years and due to this have had to agree to the LA plan that my girls are adopted. I NEED support and I NEED to get well. My girls will be meeting there new family in the next few months.

This project sounds perfect for me. I am asking that you please keep your fingers crossed so I can being the road to recovery.

@dancingleopard. I have Care Coordinator but feel that she isn't invested in my situation. She knew I was facing homelessness but, hasn't done anything or suggested anything! Regarding the children as much as it hurts its the right thing for them. This place sounds ideal as I will get support on a day to day basis.
