attending an occupational health assessment. I'm sat in the corridor outside waiting for my appointment, along with others. The previous person is in there having their assessment, and other staff just keep walking in and out, and those of us in the corridor could see in. Same happened when I was in there. Should we not have a bit of privacy in this situation?

YANBU - some of the stuff you discuss with OH can be extremely personal. I would raise it with the manager of the department. It sounds like a culture that is imbedded into that particular department which means no one is respecting the confidentiality of the employees.

Yes of course. Those going in and out should knock too. Point out that it might put some people off attending.
