Cadbury Caramel Eggs - new recipe?

Bought myself a Cadbury Caramel Egg as a treat today. I was bitterly disappointed with the taste. Manky, disgusting excuse for chocolate, tastes like Hershey's or similar crap. Not at all how I remember it.
AIBU or did they really change the recipe?

Cadburys chocolate tastes like shit these days -Thorntons is also dreadful. The only eggs the kids have touched are the galaxy and lindt ones, the Cadbury one was discarded after a few bites. Plasticky and tasteless.

They switched to normal chocolate instead of Dairy Milk a few years ago. It's gone downhill since it was bought by Kraft/Mondelez.

Yes, they changed the recipe but assured everyone that it would be exactly the same.

They are crap...especially compared to Rolo and Galaxy eggs, though dont seem to of found any this year (haven't seen Rolo ones for years
