Child contact order

Hi there
Me and my stbxh already have a child contact order. He took me to court and the court granted me a residency order and a contact order was made for him to see the children. This was only 8 months ago! At the time my solicitor said that we would be back in court soon as he carnt take instruction and is generally a very very odd and difficult guy. I must also add that there is a considerable mount of verbal and financial abuse and because of this i have received legal aid. Since then he has moved in with a woman and her two children an hour ago, but the verbal abuse and difficulties continue more than ever.
What im asking is people who have been in similar situations what did you add to your court order? I think iv added most things but it has to be 100% water tight or he will find a hole and exploit it! eg whos doing the driving etc etc. I would really appreciate some help as. Doenst matter how random it is please say. Thank you

christmas
birthdays
mothering sunday/fathers day.
what happens when those weekends do not fall on your normal weekend, do you swap?
who drives, where to pick up from, whether they are allowed in the house.
how to split the school holidays, does it include the normal weekends at the beginning and end of the holiday?
taking children on holiday as they often overlap two weekends.

If he the type to keep returning to court, add in a timescale before any variation to the contact order would be considered. For example agree all of the contact including the above post and get a ruling that any variation will not be considered for x period of time. Dependinf upon the ages of your children you could have this coincide with changes to their schooling, so nursery now but when they are at school it might need to change, or when they are at secondary it might need to change. Good luck.
