Sorry, bit of a disgusting one, but...my family and I have all been down with a sickness and diarrhea bug over the last few days. My oldest daughter has managed to vomit over her favourite toy, which is a fabric character that lights up. Because it has electrics I can't put it through the washing machine, so I've scrubbed and scrubbed with various cleaning products - it's come clean, but still smells of puke.

Can anyone offer any tips to get the pukey smell out??

Large glass of wine.

Might not notice so much afterwards Grin

Any chance you could buy/order a replacement? Seems a bit gross to keep it if you can’t properly wash it 😬

Large glass of wine.

Change 'glass' to 'bottle' and you're on...

Discontinued. It is clean, just can't get the lingering smell out.

Febreeze? Spray a ton on and then hang it outside, if we ever get any better weather.

Spray on some Zoflora? Grin

Stick it in a box of rice and baking soda overnight.

Vinegar wipe and then Dairy's solution.

Shake a whole tub of baking soda over it. Leave overnight then Hoover. Then febreeze.

Dry shampoo overnight and then brush it out in the morning? Talc or baking soda might work just as well.

unpick it, wash the skin and sew it back up?
