To address a drunk FB post?

Very good friend posted a ranty Facebook post Saturday night about an ex she's been split up with a couple of years.

It was quite personal (and ranty) and also made some quite serious accusations about him. It was a terrible relationship but I kinda thought she was over it. Anyway, next morning post was deleted but it was up for a few hours so anyone could have seen it.

I know she was out drinking in the afternoon, so presuming it's a drunken OMG what did I post post. I feel a bit embarrassed for her, but she's obviously still not coping with this as well as she makes out.

Do I talk to her about it or pretend I never saw it?

She's obviously embarrassed as hell - don't mention it

You could just ignore it and that would be fine, but if she’s a very good friend and you’re worried about her, it might be worth mentioning if the right opportunity comes up.

If you're a good friend, it might just be an idea to reach out to her without mentioning the post at all, pretend that never happened, but just a sort of "hey, you ok, need anything" type message if it fits your relationship.

That might be worth a try but she's always been quite flippant ? Not quite the right word but she's always brushed off any sympathy. I knew he was a c**t but the ranty message was about abuse which she's never said. Because she won't talk about it. She's got quite a fb following so a lot of people will have seen this. Just came from nowhere as it's been over 2 years since they split up

Just to add I don't doubt at all it's true. Just that she doesn't talk about it/him
