Yes

EvenFlo2 · 03/04/2018 20:00

No, definitely shouldn’t eat it. If you want to post it to me I will ‘dispose’ of it for you....

ChampagneSocialist1 · 03/04/2018 20:01

Inject more Kircsh into it and the alcohol will kill off any remaining bacteria

Bluetrews25 · 03/04/2018 20:02

It is cake. Is it mouldy? Scrape those bits off if so, and get it down your cake hole! Grin

squoosh · 03/04/2018 20:03

Sink your face into it and inhale deeply. It will be a religious experience.

DramaAlpaca · 03/04/2018 20:05

It'll be fine.

I am in awe at your restraint in leaving it until today.

Ancientmummyofwooooos · 03/04/2018 20:06

Id say eat it- but then- im a cake swoggling fatty... ok, bought sat, defrosted in fridge sunday, three day rule for refridgerated goods when opened... you're good to go!

MrsJoshDun · 03/04/2018 20:08

It’ll be fine. Scoff it.

Vitalogy · 03/04/2018 20:09

I'd do up to 2 days after defrosting which it is, enjoy!

Graphista · 03/04/2018 20:10

HA! Wouldn't have lasted that long here! It'll be fine.

EastMidsMummy · 03/04/2018 20:35

What on earth do you think happens to a gateaux in a fridge? The cake might go dry. The cream might go rancid. The fruit might go soft. But all those things could take 10 days or more and none of those things will kill you.

goldface · 03/04/2018 23:43

Thanks everyone, all eaten and all good!
