Weird rash on 2 year old

Not an AIBU but really wanted some quick opinions

Hopefully you can see the picture. Just noticed this weird ring thing on my 2 year old ?!

It has white little bumps around the ring and I've got no clue what this could be? Can't find any pictures like it online and I don't know whether to be worried or not ??

Anyone seen anything like this before and know what I should do? If I should try and get her to the doctors or not ?

It looks like they've leant on something that shape for a while and it's left a mark and some pinprick like points. Could that be it? It doesn't really look like a rash.

Possibly ringworm but doesnt look exactly like it.

I have something very similar on my boob that comes and goes and has done for about ten years!!!

Does it feel dry like eczema? My daughter gets similar ones, though smaller, that are eczema.
