You found out your mother texted Happy Mother's Day to your sister and sister in law but not to you?

As not to drip feed:

  1. We all are Mothers
  2. Sister is first born and SIL is married to golden child
  3. I wished my mum Happy Mother's Day (via text but also got her a card) and she replied with thank you but didn't wish it back to me.

How would that make you feel? Just wondering really!

I'd be pissed off. I'd probably question it to be honest..

aaaaargghhhhelpme · 02/04/2018 16:32

I'd be pissed off too. Do you think this was deliberate or just forgetful? Is this the first time you've been left out?

Sorry I don't know the type of relationship you have but I would bring it up

Lacucuracha · 02/04/2018 16:34

Definitely pull her up on it.

Don't be a silent, long suffering martyr!

Ohyesiam · 02/04/2018 16:46

Hm, that’s not right.
Does she exclude you in other ways?

gibson2018 · 02/04/2018 17:30

I'll get accused of being petty if I say anything.
