Where oh why did I put my mooncup?!

Woke up this morning to my period. First one since Oct 2016 (pregnant then breastfeeding). I clearly put my mooncup in a safe place when I realised I wouldn’t be using it for a while. But I cannot, for the life of me, fathom where this safe place is! For context, we moved house two months before the baby was born, so this is complicating matters. I’ve checked the inside pocket of my handbag where it used to live (I’m a “one handbag only” woman) and the drawer containing my emergency sanitary products...nada!

So Mumsnet hive mind: any suggestions for where I should look? I will follow all leads, however daft, as my pregnant brain was clearly very daft indeed to put it somewhere completely illogical!!

Any bathroom boxes you've not unpacked - or decanted somewhere to sort out later?

In the box you still haven't unpacked containing the things from under the bathroom sink from your last place. It also contains the battery operated manicure thingy someone bought you for Christmas and you used once and the collection of shower caps and bits and bobs from hotels. The box was only half full so you filled it with scarves and gloves and things from a bedroom drawer and stuck it somewhere. Find that box, find your mooncup.

I had to check the date and the username as I'm pretty sure I wrote this exact post almost word for word about a year ago.

I never did find it and had to buy a new one. I've always assumed it would turn up one day as things gradually got unpacked and different seasons clothes got used etc but it never has.

Hope you have better luck than me!

Found it!!

It was in my work laptop backpack, of course

I must have taken the pouch from my handbag and transferred it to the backpack for safekeeping. Clearly!
