To never not put the lottery on again?

Eurmollions.

Just checked Friday's draw. I usually always play Tuesday and Friday, both.

I didn't on Friday.

5 of numbers came up. That's over £14,000.

AIBU TO NEVER MISS ANOTHER DRAW?

Gutted, devastated. You name it. I feel it.

That’s one of the reasons I never go in to doing the lottery regularly and why I wouldn’t put on regular numbers. With the best will in the world there would be at least once you’d forget or couldn’t for some reason and it would be gutting to miss it like that.

Looks My MIL says the same. She's a regular player but only ever does Lucky Dips

Oh no ! Face-palm.

I would never play it again.

HeyhoIndigo · 01/04/2018 09:08

More practically : can you set up an automatic ongoing entry with your numbers, like a direct debit ?

I'd probably feel like choosing new numbers now if I were you.

I could have been worse, could have matched all the numbers ( all 6 ? )

HeyhoIndigo · 01/04/2018 09:10
  • It could have been worse
TakeMeToTheFresh · 01/04/2018 09:39

Definitely going to put a direct debit, I think

I don't think I could live with a loss worth millions Shock

A few years ago in a Tesco in Ireland someone bought a lottery ticket but the cashier produced a ticket for too much. Like too many draws or something so the customer said that's not what I asked for. I don't want that ticket.

Imagine how devastating that was. To have held and refused what turned out to be the winning ticket Sad

Years ago a girl I worked with did the lottery every Saturday, her six numbers came up on a Wednesday!

I’ve just been reading up about that case. I can’t find out what happened in the end. I imagine Tesco got the money.

BertieBotts · 01/04/2018 10:20

That Tesco case is crazy. Ticket should have been voided as unsold.
