It’s all available here

gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/Viewing/search-results

Most companies have done some fudging though on their headlines. My company has reported something like 7.5% but the area I, and most office staff, work in has reported 22%. But that’s hidden a bit.

This is a good read on the Guardian on the topic.

Ah sorry, am too slow!

allthegoodnameshadgone · 31/03/2018 23:09

Mine isn't on there yet.

What happens if they don't publish?

Good question...

I think the government has indicated they will pursue firms who do not comply. Not sure what the consequences are - a fine related to revenue perhaps? Or a fine equal to the highest male salary 😂
