To get use the hot tub?

After an excruciating bikini wax where I seem to have come out hairier than I went in, my period has come on. I’m joining a hen party tomorrow and I’d hoped I had another few days before it reared it’s ugly head.

I mentioned it to my friend earlier (she’s not on the hen), how I was annoyed about missing out on the hot tub and she said she’d still use it with a tampon in.

I don’t go swimming with my period, so just sitting around in a hot tub while having it didn’t cross my mind.

Am I being overly cautious??

I’m here and I’ll just do it. Period is hardly anything. I was more worried that if people spotted my sanitary bags, they’d think that was a horrible thing to do, if I’m honest.

Now I just have to hope I don’t have period poos and javelin arse to contend with all instead!
