Sorry if this has been asked a lot before (I'm sure it comes up)

DD has been invited to a birthday party by a girl in her nursery class. Its a joint party with a sibling who DD doesn't know.

Do I buy a present for the sibling? I'm obviously going to for Dds friend but I feel as though because it is sibling's birthday too I should get something . Should I just take a card and a token gift (chocolate or some colouring stuff or something) or just stick to the child in DD's class

First class party she has been invited to so don't want to seem rude if I don't...not a great start to the whole primary school relations/class party minefield Grin

I would buy her a small inexpensive gift like a colouring book or something. It's a nice gesture.

Thank you Smile will do that!

Now just to get through 2 hours of small talk with people I don't know and only really say 'hi' to Blush
