To be annoyed oh answers a question with another question

He just won't give a straight answer. I've been aware of it but have been more irritated lately as I think it happens every time.
Small things as well as big. I used to repeat myself, but now just wait. Feel like yelling!

Why don't you ask him why he answers a question with a question?

Or answer HIS questions with a question. See who cracks first, and then come and report back
