Being frustrated

I'm 41 and I want my career to develop, but it's not happening. I've been running my cleaning business last 7 years, I had subcontractors, they stayed for a while , then left, sometimes with my customers. Now I work with one worker only. I had my son five years ago, so running my own business was a good way to look after child and bring an income. I live in small, semi-rural place, two cars are necessity. They cost us fortune, as they are old and we can afford to buy new ones. I've started to study AAT , I completed level 2 , I'm on level 3 , I'm sending CV, but everyone wants someone with experience. I'm trying to expand, but finding reliable worker with transport is very hard. Any advice?
