Not brave. Not commited. Just a bit ick, highly contagious, attention seeking and publicity stunty.

DD is such a joke. As not to get sued, in my opinion he is utterly incompetent, really quite a stupid man who is completely blind to his own inadequacies and thus trundles on assuming the noise following him is noise of adulation.
[sick]

KNain · 25/03/2018 18:43

Completely agree. It's all just a daft publicity stunt to get people talking about / watching him/the interview.

I don't have any more respect for him for still working despite being ill if he even is. I'd have more respect for him if he could at least try and be competent at his job the rest of the time.

alltheworld · 25/03/2018 18:44

Shouldn’t he be in quarantine

Silverstreaks · 25/03/2018 18:46

He obviously didn't watch the BBC Pandemic programme the other night.

Helmetbymidnight · 25/03/2018 18:47

It's somehow really appropriate though isn't it?

It's a metaphor.

spacechimp · 25/03/2018 18:49

Absolutely! Being even vaguely competent at his job would be a start.

He was thoughtless and selfish in not cancelling the interview but potentially infecting other people

Loobyanna · 25/03/2018 18:50

Who is he and what is he doing with a sick bucket?

shesakeeper · 25/03/2018 18:52

How absolutely fucking vile. The sick bucket is pretty gross too! Grin

boxthefox · 25/03/2018 19:01

I think the sick bucket was a euphemism for the EU.

Helmetbymidnight · 25/03/2018 19:01

Did you vote in the referendum on brexit loobyanna?

This is the guy who wanted and is in charge of brexit.

Pengggwn · 25/03/2018 19:08

It made me giggle.

ThomasHardyPerennial · 25/03/2018 19:57

Who the hell would have had to clean it out if he had used it though? Bet he wouldn't. So gross.

HeyRoly · 25/03/2018 19:59

I have no idea what this thread is about.

HeyRoly · 25/03/2018 20:09

Right, I've googled and am up to speed.

Most people who think they have "food poisoning" actually have a stomach bug. So he's an inconsiderate knob for turning up in the first place. But was probably hoping for some kudos for soldiering on? Gross.

Bratsandtwats · 25/03/2018 20:21

No reason he couldn't have facetimed the studio from his sickbed.

Glumglowworm · 25/03/2018 20:27

I thought he was a moron before. He’s just confirmed that opinion.

What a complete knob.

TheFairyCaravan · 25/03/2018 20:32

Apparently he did throw up not too long after the show finished. I don’t know if he used the bucket or not.

He was puking yesterday. That’s plenty of time to get someone else to fill in. It was incredibly selfish of him to go in and carry on regardless.

Helmetbymidnight · 25/03/2018 20:32

I don't think it was a publicity stunt though.

I think it was simply the actions of a stupid arse who thinks he is massively brave and important.

This is typical of him.

wakemeupbefore · 25/03/2018 22:27

Doesn't the 48hr rule apply to extremely dumb Ministers?
Apparently not as they seem to be too feckin' stupid to grasp even the basic rules of contamination. RAID perhaps would work? Kills bugs (AND STUPIDS?) dead???

Slightlyperturbedowlagain · 25/03/2018 22:31

What a dick. Doubt it was food poisoning, most probably a bog-standard tummy bug. No one else wants it, stay at home ffs.

WifeofDarth · 25/03/2018 22:35

Even if it was food poisoning, who wants to see (and smell) someone else throwing up? I find it gross enough if it's my own DC. But in a professional capacity? Just no. Poor judgement.

Notanotheroneplease · 25/03/2018 22:42

To me it confirms that he thinks he is on a reality show. Because this kind of notoriety
(and Brexit) is the best kind he’s going to get. And obviously his ego is at the centre of it all

OP posts:
ShackUp · 25/03/2018 23:09

Hungover, I reckon.

Or looking at Brexit and feeling pig-sick that he's sold everyone a pup. Nah, the first one Hmm

Spudlet · 25/03/2018 23:13

Does this mean some deeply unfortunate civil servant is going to be expected to empty said bucket? Because fuck that for a game of soldiers. Go home, you silly little man.

SusanWalker · 25/03/2018 23:22

I can't fathom the thought process behind this. Would you really want a video of you throwing up on live TV going viral?

Sometimes I think DD is just trolling the whole nation.
