Posting here for traffic and tips. 4 years on and still haven't lost my baby weight. I lose weight, then put it back on and getting quite fed up.
How did you do it? And kept the weight off?

Exercise and eating low carb diet. It's the only way to shift weight for me and keep it off by. Exercise I do 30-60 mins per day. Plus the usual walking.
