I just turned 45 and the doctor said today, I’m going through menopause as both my progesterone and oestrogen levels have come back low. I haven’t had a period for 6 months. Just off and on spotting that has now completely stopped. I’m feeling both hopeful and down at the same time. We don’t have any other children.
