Went for my usual dog walk this evening (am in Oz) and got home...fine...no injuries.
Sitting at desk and moved my foot and sudden pain in sole just beneath third toe.
Kind of "in" from the ball of the foot.
There's a swollen area about the size of a 50p coin...VERY tender...can't put weight on it at all.
It's slightly visibly swollen but more so when I feel it. I thought I'd been bitten by a spider at first as it came from nowhere.
But there's no puncture wound at all that I can see...I felt sick too but I reckon that was the pain when I tried to stand on it.
What is this?
