Long story short... my manager has approved my hours changing to suit when my son goes to school, including a reduction in days.
His manager, who needs to sign it off, is not approving it.
My manage has assured me it will be sorted and no trouble but I don't know if I'd like to have the risk of it being declined.
So AIBU to make as many applications elsewhere as I can? Or would you sit tight and see?
