AIBU? Birthday ignored

A few years ago my older sister turned 40 and so my brother and I arranged and paid for a surprise fancy dress party for her. Two weeks ago I turned 40 and she didn't even send me a card. AIBU that I feel really upset with her?

I'm not sure I will want to much celebrating when I'm 40 but I think of i didn't get a card I would be upset as well. I would want someone to care.
