To ho to the doctor with this?

I have this ‘thing’ on my back it is a mole like thing and has a hard scab on it and a hard lump underneath. It has been here for at least 3 months and seems to be getting a bit bigger. Could it be skin cancer?

It doesn't look like skin cancer (I've seen that - have a look online if you have a strong enough stomach) but if you're worried about something on your skin, book an appointment with your doctor.

Looks like a scab. But its been there 3 months and theres a lump....??? Quick trip to the docs should put your mind at rest.

No problem to book non urgent appointment- mention it’s for your skin as often one GP in a practise will be a derm ‘specialist’
