Does anyone else find themselves tempted to offer advice on all sorts of AIBU threads when they actually have no business giving advice because they don't have any experience of the subject?

I'm SO bad for this. Just caught myself making a suggestion on a thread about co-sleeping even though I DON'T HAVE KIDS. Realised I was being a twat and deleted my response before hitting send thank goodness

I'm well meaning but obviously need to recognise that I'm not always the expert I think I am tell me it's not just me who does this?

I once told someone (wrongly) how someone else's name was pronounced when the owner of the name was actually in the same conversation group. I don't think anyone is going to be able to beat that.

And I wish I could forget it - cringe with embarrassment every time the memory floats to the surface again.
