Is this a bit weird?

Don’t know if anyone here uses the dating app happn - essentially you cross paths with people and heart if interested. I recently met someone but went a bit cold - I am in his part of town though and just spotted him on the app! I feel a bit sick but need reassuring that it would be weird to heart him (out of curiousity). The thing is I never normally go to his part of town (complete fluke) so don’t want to look like a stalker. Is it best to leave it?

Just feel weird because it’s so recent and it upset me. Fair enough :) Do i heart or not? Wasn’t expecting to see him as my city is huge

Do you post about him already? Think you should leave it if your the same person.

NotAllTimsWearCapes · 18/03/2018 18:24

EH? Confused why would you heart him? He gave you the brush off. He isn’t interested and you were upset. What on earth would you Be hoping to achieve by contacting him?

Sparklesocks · 18/03/2018 18:43

Just leave it, you’ll only look like a ‘stalker’ if you tried contacting him again. Clearly he wasn’t keen, which isn’t nice i know, but it’s not wrong to stop talking to someone you lose interest in early on.

Alabama3 · 18/03/2018 20:08

of course you dont bloody heart him - he is an ex

Alabama3 · 18/03/2018 20:09

(sounded harsh, but seriously - can you block him? so you dont see him again?)

FlyLittleFly · 18/03/2018 20:33

Nah it doesn’t sound harsh, I don’t know what I was thinking!! Have obviously left. My head is in a weird place, thanks

I hope you're okay, flylittlefly.

PrettyLittIeThing · 18/03/2018 21:23

That's the right decision.

Dangerousmonkey · 18/03/2018 21:25

Best advice i ever had. "Never go back".
You can't always remember what it was like/ the feeling that led to it. But trust yourself, don't put yourself through it?

well done for posting here first - you got this!!
