That Diet Coke Ad

It's not just me is it? She is a smug, patronising person isn't she?

My DP just told me to relax because I got wound up again...being told I can have a drink if I want one..well thank you for that, but I'm an adult and don't need your permission.

I do have a history of being annoyed by ads, but this is the worst one for a long time.

Relax and have a diet coke

Ducktalesooooh · 17/03/2018 21:40

I stopped it, rewound it and watched it three times because I couldn't believe how bad it was.

Who the fuck approved that advert?!

Joinourclub · 17/03/2018 21:41

Grrrr yes! I just saw it and felt happy that I only really see adverts when I watch The Voice!

BobbinThreadbare123 · 17/03/2018 21:42

Since when do we say "lee-zhur" and not leisure? Awful, patronising advert.

MissionItsPossible · 17/03/2018 21:54

The woman with the dark brown hair? I don't find it annoying but don't really pay attention to adverts, saw and heard it a couple of times and it's something about enjoying life so enjoy a Diet Coke? From now on because of this I will be looking out for it and I just know I will find fault with every bit of it and be back here to criticise.

Mission I look forward to reading your review, but only if you agree with me!

Worra I'd rather have Brew Grin

not nearly as annoying as the ridiculous tena pants one or a similar product - it;s the way she says 'pretty' and 'protected' drives me mad. Ridiculous I know.

AND that bloody M&M ad - what is that all about? Very very strange.

There are more but I will stop there.
