Anglian water

I have recently moved from outside Glasgow to Milton Keynes and I just have to say that I am disgusted at the quality of water and the charges that go along with. Having to buy filters that only work 50% of what they are supposed to. No glass ware is clean properly and we have all had the runs since moving here and that's using a filter. I would rather collect the rain water than drink from my taps.

How can this be acceptable? How have you all down here put up with such poor quality drinking water or is it just cause its all you have had and your used to it?

Just wanted to rant a bit as I am actually considering moving back home as its affecting us so bad

It’s just changing area and some water is harder or softer so tastes different.

You've moved into a hard water area. You don't need to filter it if you don't want to.

I prefer the water unfiltered here. It's hard water. Bit like mineral water Wink

Changing water can make you ill, I was for years when we visited grandparents and now we need to buy bottled water for our daughter-in-law as our water gives her migraine
