why are my flour bags ripped?

in the cupboard, three of them?
all collapsed.
no sign of mice poo or anything, just tiny tiny insects

Flour Weevils by the sound of it.

Weevils? I had them when I lived in Australia and I had to throw EVERYTHING in the whole cupboard away. They were in between my cupcake papers and everything.

Weevils. Chuck and clean.

Always store flour in an air tight tub. If you do get weevils hatching then at least they are contained and not all around your kitchen.

They've been working out?

Yeh weevils my sister got them in her cereal once, my nephew only noticed whilst eating it unfortunately.

We had this once. I has to empty all the cupboards, wash everything with hot, soapy water and throw out anything that couldn't be washed such as food/condiments. Best to keep flour in sealable jars or tubs.

Sounds like weevils. They get into anything that contains wheat so check your pasta, stock cubes etc. You'll have to chuck everything out and fumigate/bleach spray your cupboards.

ahhh i feel itchy all over. just googled weevils and i think i might have them in my cupboard i found a couple of bugs last week , i thought they'd come in from the graze boxes

When you replace your flour, store it in the freezer for 48 hours then keep in airtight storage.

Flour weevils aren't hazardous to humans.

why did they rip all the bags?
