Woman walks out of hospital

Public told not to approach

How scared should we be?

(Zombie level scared? Ebola? Swine flu?)

Sounds weird! Can't imagine what could be so dangerous that she couldn't be approached!

Whydomypubeslooklikeanest · 14/03/2018 11:19

It could be anything. My daughter was in hospital with strep a and all the people coming in had to wear masks and gloves.

Phosphorus · 14/03/2018 11:21

Probably drug resistant TB or something.

stellenbosch · 14/03/2018 11:21

Surely bigger than that to be in the press?

I’d be more concerned if it was on sky news or bbc tbh

RedRedDogsBeg · 14/03/2018 11:23

She's back now

DietCokeGirrrrrl · 14/03/2018 11:25

It might not be that serious. They're concerned for her welfare which suggests a mental health issue and have asked for people to report sightings, but don't want anyone approaching her as she has a contagious disease which could just be something like flu - perhaps the contagion warning is just to counteract their request for information so that people don't try to take her back to hospital themselves and risk getting ill.

Just seen on BBC that she is back and officers have spoken to everyone she had contact with. Could have been anything I suppose.
